Hemel Cosmetic Clinic is a small, nurse-led practice on Marlowes in Hemel Hempstead town centre, run by Kevin Loughlin, a Registered Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber, and Jana Loughlin, a qualified laser hair removal practitioner. We carry out every treatment personally, so you see the same people at your consultation and at your appointment. Treatments are available for men and women.
We take an unhurried approach. Your consultation is a conversation about what is concerning you, what the options are, and whether treatment is appropriate at all — including when the answer is that it isn’t, or that you would be better seen by someone else.
